Objective

To leverage my expertise in procurement, negotiation, and supplier management to efficiently streamline purchasing
processes, optimize cost savings, and ensure timely delivery of quality goods and services. Seeking a challenging role
as a Purchasing Manager within a dynamic organization where I can contribute to achieving strategic objectives and
drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement operations.
Experience

Purchasing manager | Eltra trade s.r.o. July 2022 – March 2024
• Obtaining an agreement from the sales manager and processing it.
• Preparation and sending of RFQ (Request for Quote) + clarification calls for details, resolving conflicts cituations
with suppliers.
• Formulation of markup on goods, calculation of delivery to the client, negotiations with suppliers regarding terms,
prices, delivery schedules, or any other procurement-related matters.
• Searching for new suppliers, collaborating with existing ones, receiving offers for new/existing brands, obtaining
price lists, and securing better terms from suppliers.
• Working with Zoho CRM, (filling out supplier cards / entering products for agreements / analyzing and
commenting on canceled agreements / recording successful agreements, with suppliers offering good prices/stock
(terms) on brands, to enhance future performance).
• Communication with the sales department, logistics department, regarding orders or problematic agreements.
• Training of interns, assistance in adapting to work.
• Writing instructions for other purchasing managers on working with different brands. Working with Chief
procurement manager, assistance in solving other issues
