April 2022 to the present day - medical doctor of the «Doctors Without Borders» team in Kirovohrad Mykolaiv and Kherson regions.
Functional responsibilities :
- Conducting trainings for healthcare workers on primary trauma care, combating sexual and gender-based violence, CBRN training, mass casualty action plan, transportation of the wounded
- as a focal point of the SGBV project, conducting trainings for medical and non-medical workers . Since April 2022, 27 trainings have been conducted, attended by 446 visitors, including 177 medical persons. Also, 2 trainings were held for the Police Department in Kropy on 15.02 and 16.02 (29 police officers took part), 1 in the Police Department of the city of Olexandria.A referral system for survivors of sexual violence in Kirovohrad Oblast was also developed, involving a proctologist and urologist at the Oblast Hospital (for men), a paediatric gynaecologist and urologist at the Children's Oblast Hospital (for children under 14), and a gynaecologist and psychologist at the Maternity Hospital (for women). The Bureau of Forensic Medicine was also involved to ensure effective coordination and the Police Department for the Protection of Human Rights. The programme operated 24/7 for a year and a half.
