 Created, and checked agreements, orders, letters, and e-mails, filed them under different demands that helped lead
office work due to the legal requirements.
 Carried out various requirements from the government of the university and departments that contributed to the
coordinated work of the entire university.
 Sent important information to the whole university, so employees could work according to the changes and were
aware of the latest news.
 Fulfilled checking and controlling the international agreements that allowed collaboration with foreign partners
therefore the students had a chance to study and receive training abroad.
 Managed day-to-day operations of the department during the chief's absence, ensuring smooth functioning and
timely completion of tasks. On top of that, I had a chance to bring to the table proposals for improving the
department's processes.
 Facilitated the training of new team members. My key objectives were to share knowledge and acquaint
newcomers with university processes.
