AWG Mode (6 month)
AWG Mode is an online clothing shop. Main task for the team was to migrate from Spryker to Shopware 6.
In close collaboration with the client we made it to be able to transfer data from client's SAP system into the
shop in real-time, by creating a middleware service, that was bridging data exchange between Spryker, SAP
System and Shopware6, handling all the conversions and smoothing out all the differences between their
data management layer and online shop API.

Team: 2 back-end developers, 2 front-end developers, 3 data specialists.
Responsibilities:
● Development of a stateful middleware service;
● Integration of that service with Shopware6 and SAP System;
● Development of a data exchange platform and API Calls automation.
Technologies: Spryker (PHP, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ), Shopware6 (PHP, MySQL,
RESTApi).

Cansativa (3 month)
Cansativa is a company that specifies on medical cannabis, and they needed a Spryker based secure online
shop with additional checking of documents/cards to ensure purchases are legal by the customer.

Team: 1 front-end developer, 2 back-end developers.
Responsibilities:
As a Spryker developer I had to increase confidence with Spryker for Cansativa's own developers, showing
them how things work with Spryker mainly and prototyping some solutions that were required.
Technologies: Spryker (PHP, MySQL, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, Jenkins).

Pfeifer (12 month)
Pfeifer is a company that specializes in selling wood and products made of wood.

Team: 3 front-end developers, 2 back-end developers.
Responsibilities:
● Providing support to the existing Spryker-based online B2B shop;
● Adding features;

Technologies: Spryker, AWS (Provided by Spryker).

Woehner (6 months)
Woehner is a company mainly concentrated on production of electrical equipment. Together with Spryker's
specialists, we were working on building an online b2b shop for them from scratch based on Spryker.

Team: 4 back-end developers, 3 front-end developers, DevOps.
Responsibilities:
● Close collaboration with a client to discuss and build features they required;
● Debugging and deployments of the code to the AWS Cloud.
Technologies: Spryker.

Valantic Academy (8 months)
Valantic hosts their own academy to increase knowledge and expertise in technologies that are used by
Valantic on an everyday basis. This includes Spryker, Shopware and Pimcore materials.

Team: 4 people with different responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
● Preparation of learning materials on requested topics;
● Creation of interactive quizzes and lessons for students to get their knowledge up to a required
level.
Technologies: Spryker, Shopware, Own LMS.

Hardeck (6 months)
Hardeck is an online furniture shop having multiple warehouses with a very complex system of delivery
costs calculations.

Team: 4 Front-end developers, 6 Back-end developers.
Responsibilities:
● Perform upgrades to outdated Spryker modules and share experience on the task with the rest of
the company;
● Debug issues spotted by clients;
● Perform code-reviews and additional onboarding for several new developers.
Technologies: Spryker, AWS.

Invajo (36 monthі)
Invajo is an online booking platform, where hosts can sell tickets to customers for all kinds of events.

Team: 2 Back-end developers initially, later 4, 3 Front-end developers, 2 QA, 1 DevOps.
Responsibilities:
After half a year of support of the existing platform it became clear that it needs to be re-written from scratch
using modern technologies, as it was draining resources just for its support. In close collaboration with a client
we prototyped and created Invajo 2.0, where I was in a technical lead role for the whole development process.
● Processing client's hopes and wishes into technical tasks;
● Tasks management;
● Rollouts and deployments.

EPPO (since summer 2022 - present)
EPPO is a military-grade system that allows civilian observers to report flying threats directly to air defense
personnel of Ukraine, to mitigate those flying targets minimizing risks of casualties and infrastructure
damages.

Team: 1 IOS developer, 1 Android developer, 1 Full-Stack developer. Some outsourced specialists for UI/UX
and additional materials creation.
Responsibilities:
● Development of API to communicate with mobile application;
● Leading the mobile application development;
● Development of a closed military counterpart of the system;
● Development of AI-Based prediction system to send warnings to mobile application if they are in a
close proximity of a target;
● Development of integrations with platforms of military systems of Ukraine.

Technologies: SwiftUI, Kotlin, Google Play / App Store, PHP, MySQL, Redis, Linux, Digital Ocean.

Seagull (since summer 2023 - present)
Seagull is a VR-based training simulation software developed to increase confidence of military personnel of
Ukraine in mitigation of flying threats like Shahed 136 and Kaliber rockets (but not only).

Team: 2 QA, outsourced company for development.
Responsibilities:
Management of outsourced developers and conducting tasks and their verification, along with full prototyping
and resource management for the project's development.
