PROFILE I'm an experienced Front-End developer, proficient in all stages of advanced
web development, with 8 years of experience. I have deep knowledge of
JavaScript. I have experience working with the React library, handling
complex tasks and projects, ranging from simple websites to large-scale
endeavors. I'm skilled in user interface design, testing processes, and
debugging. I'm capable of working efficiently on independent projects as well
as collaborating within a team.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

Sep 2022 - Present p2h, Frontend Developer
I actively participated in the development of our company's main website,
where I applied skills in JavaScript, jQuery, SCSS, WordPress, and HTML. My
role also included involvement in website architecture design. A significant
achievement in the project was creating a version of the site adapted for
Arabic-speaking countries, and I successfully mastered the specifics of this
region.
To optimize project workflow, we used various libraries that contributed to
improved performance. To expedite development processes, we
implemented CI/CD and actively utilized Git for version control.
Additionally, the project featured regular daily standup meetings where the
team discussed current progress, plans, and obstacles. We also took part in
sprint planning, retrospective analysis, and sprint review presentations
following the Agile methodology. These practices fostered more effective
coordination of work and continuous process improvement.

Aug 2020 - Sep 2022 p2h, Frontend Developer
I participated in the development of an internal process management
system for a large American company. This project was carried out with a
sizable team and involved the use of React and WordPress technologies.
During my work on the project, I acquired new technologies and was
responsible for developing React components. I also actively engaged in
discussions and contributed to the project's architecture, which facilitated
the efficient implementation of the system.
Daily calls with the client allowed us to discuss the results achieved during
the day in detail and clarify their expectations. We successfully implemented
CI/CD and Git for more efficient version control and continuous integration.

Jan 2016 - Aug 2020 W3, Frontend Developer
On this project, I was part of a large team that brought together experts from
different countries. Our task was to develop a website builder on the
October CRM platform. Throughout the project, we actively utilized various
technologies, including JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and SCSS.
One of the key elements of our work was the daily standup meetings, where
we discussed the work accomplished during the day in detail and made
plans for the next day. This allowed us to stay aligned and react to project
changes in real-time.
 We effectively managed tasks through the Jira system, which promoted
transparency and systematic work. The entire project was developed
following the Agile methodology, enabling us to quickly respond to client
needs and project changes.
In addition to my primary responsibilities, I actively participated in the
process of interviewing new team members and created educational video
materials for newcomers. This facilitated the integration of new developers
into the team and improved overall productivity.
This project also underscored the importance of collaboration and
knowledge sharing in a diverse multinational team, making it a particularly
valuable experience.
