2) Explaining how to use the accounts and features, helping to customize the accounts to their needs.
3) Making changes or fixes in the accounts which the clients requested or forwarding those changes to the
development team. Discussing those problems and changes with the development team and getting back to the
customer.
Account Manager Responsibilities:
4) Maintaining a positive image of the company and the SaaS platform by being the person the customer can rely on
and know he will definitely help, now just “will do his job” and will finish the communication.
5) Encouraging upselling by offering customers to switch to bigger account plans, explaining the benefits of this.
6) Gathering feedback from the customers about the current features of the accounts, and customers’ wishes and
expectations of new features, discussing those with the development team.
7) Taking part in the international exhibitions where I represented our SaaS platform (latest exhibitions were IBS 2019
which took place in Las Vegas, Nevada and Coverings 2019 which took place in Orlando, Florida)

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

1) Higher education - Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University, the Institute of Foreign Languages.

2) English - fluent. Ukrainian - native.

3) Excellent communication skills (email, chat, phone, online demos)

4) Active user of Google Docs, Gmail, Google Meetings, Zoom. Microsoft Office pack.

5) Basic knowledge of Wordpress management (Elementor, King Composer, WP Bakery), basic knowledge of HTML.

6) Active user of Intercom, Slack, Skype, other communicators, quickly learn to use new ones.

7) Active user of CRM systems (Podio, GudHub), quickly learn to use new ones.
