Summary of Senior/Lead Software Testing Engineer with 7+ years of experience in IT.
Qualifications Started as a manual and automation with Java on internal project, then
moved to manual testing engineer on eCommerce project. Worked several
years on desktop healthcare project as QC Lead for three teams of QA
Engineers. Have extensive background in functional, non-functional and
change related testing types, software testing techniques, software
development life cycle and SDCL. Also experienced in setting up and QA
processes, collect metrics, participating in risk management sessions,
requirements analysis, root cause and impact analysis, identification of
acceptance criteria and documentation of requirements based on
communication with the customer. Strong professional skills in test cases,
check lists and bug reports creation. Able to monitor all the QA activities,
test results, leaked defect, root cause analysis and identifying areas of
