EXPERIENCE

Cabin Crew at Emirates Airline – Dubai (September 2022- January 2024)

Main responsibilities: constant communication with customers; maintaining high standards of
safety by following procedures; providing first aid and medical assistance.

This job gave me an opportunity to boost my English and skills of active communication. It
influenced my stressfulness as well as non-trivial thinking. By practicing that job I developed an
ability to define customers’ issues and solve them.

Learning and Development specialist (L&D), coach, teacher – Ukraine (2022)

Main responsibilities: conducting English lessons to dispatchers and HRs both on-site and online.
Checking on voice records of dispatcher-client communication and giving a guiding feedback
(logistics field); taking part in interviews along with HR in order to check English level.

This job gave me an opportunity to work with loads of information and ability to hold it; learn
critical thinking to solve problems fast and effectively.

Senior Teacher at a private English school – Ukraine (2018-2021)

Main responsibilities: teaching English to kids, teens and adults; test of knowledge; holding
speaking clubs. Later as a senior teacher I had extra responsibilities, such as control of fellow-
colleagues and feedback delivery based on their performance; conduct of regular meetings;
interview check of potential colleagues.

Thanks to this job I developed managerial, organizational and leadership skills. I can surely say that
after this experience I can find approach to every person – no matter age, gender, work position
and experience.
