As the UI/UX designer for the e-commerce zoo shop project, I crafted user-friendly online experience that seamlessly merged the intuitive navigation, responsive design and engaging visuals.

To enhance the understanding of the needs, fears & expectations of the target audience the proto personas were created. On the UX research stage the information architecture was done to create logic and easy experience of the customers on the e-commerce store.

After all the manipulations the expected increase of conversion in comparison with the competitors on the market is 22%.

Creating the landing page for the personal financial application I focused on achieving the following goals: developing a user-centric design that prioritized the needs and preferences of the target audience; designing the clear communication of features, creation of intuitive navigation along with conversion optimisation.

For conversion optimization, persuasive design elements and CTA’s were strategically implemented throughout the landing page to optimize conversion rates and encourage users to sign up or learn more about the application.

Also I made the competitor benchmarking - monitored and benchmarked the landing page performance against competitors in the personal finance application space, analyzing key metrics.
