Projects:
1. European independent pension company
• RPA Tool: Blue Prism
• Duration: 2 years and 8 months
• Project details: outstaffing for one of the European «Big four» company’s client. Client is a one of the biggest pension companies within
one of the EU countries.
• Areas of responsibility and experience: Was in charge of development, testing, Hypercare and maintenance of the new bots. After a year
of working for this customer, I was assigned to be fully responsible for monitoring, maintenance and support for all robots runn ing in
production. Was in charge of bug fixing of robots running in production, change request implementation, communicating and resolving
ServiceNow tickets issued by SMEs. Was in charge of preparing new runtime resources, testing compatibility of legacy and new bots on
new runtime resources. Gained more in-depth understanding and hands-on experience with Blue Prism database. Was helping with
providing feedback and QA for an internally developed web-based orchestrator tool for managing Blue Prism schedules.
2. European Telecom company
• RPA Tool: Blue Prism
• Duration: 9 months
• Project details: internal project. Client is a European mobile communications operator. Communication and project planning was being
held directly with customer’s management and SME team.
• Areas of responsibility and experience: was in charge of starting a new project within plain Blue Prism environment, developm ent,
testing, Hypercare and maintenance of the bots, setting up production environment and runtime resources. Was in charge of end-to-
end delivery of robots (from first meetings with SMEs and screen recordings to deployment and maintenance in production)
3. Ukrainian bank
• RPA Tool: Blue Prism
• Duration: 1 year and 6 months, ongoing
• Project details: Internal project. Project management, business analytics and maintenance is being performed by client.
• Areas of responsibility and experience: was in charge of starting a new project within plain Blue Prism environment. Was a part of
initiative for Blue Prism training of client’s maintenance team. Currently in charge of development, testing, Hypercare and change
request implementation of new robots. Additionally, currently being in close communication with maintenance team regarding bug-
fixing and maintenance of robots running in production.
4. European Insurance company
• RPA Tool: Blue Prism
• Duration: 6 months, ongoing
• Project details: Internal project. Communication and project planning is being held directly with customer’s management and SME
team.
• Areas of responsibility and experience: Was in charge of starting a new project within plain Blue Prism environment. Currently, in
charge of development, testing and Hypercare of assigned bots, helping with RPA infrastructure setup and maintenance.
