Position: Director of English Papa School, Project Manager, English Teacher

• Teaching English as second language to the students of all age groups (children, teenagers, adults)
• Developing and implementing into teaching process my own methods of work
• Coordinating and controlling the whole working process of the school
• Creating various projects both targeting the development of school as business and improving teaching English methods for students to encourage their best results

Achieved:

As a School Director:
• Extended staff from 1-2 temporarily hired teachers to 4 on a permanent ground

• Provided better recognition of English Papa School on the market and as a result we took the 1st place among our competitors, outflanked another school with more than 10 years’ experience in the field
