An adaptable and responsible graduate seeking an entry-level position in Customer Support or
Customer Success field.

My degree in Foreign Philology (English Language and Literature) have provided me with a
fundamental study of a foreign language in the theoretical, applied, and communicative aspects as
well as literature, culture and values of the English-speaking countries and enabled me to develop an
analytical/logical approach to tasks, and the ability to work under pressure.
In short, I am reliable, hard-working with strong attention to detail and eager to learn about new
technologies and business issues.
