up to 50 wiring harness variants within a compact 75 m² production area, significantly increasing
operational flexibility.

alignment with customer deadlines.
Created and standardized MSD (Manufacturing System Design) for five projects, all successfully
launched on schedule and within defined investment budgets.
Managed and executed customer-driven engineering changes (Year Change Model), delivering 4 model
updates with 100% compliance to client specifications and quality requirements.
Successfully launched 5 production lines, followed by targeted optimization for VW Group projects,
enabling rapid ramp-up to required production capacity and achieving a 10% reduction in required
production floor space.
