Greetings! I am seeking a position as a Customer Support Representative.

I have over one year of experience as a Customer Support Representative at
MAKEUP, where my department served customers from the USA, UK, Ireland,
Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.

Prior to that, I worked in the US trucking industry as a dispatcher, a role that also
included customer service responsibilities.

In total, I have more than two years of experience working with English-speaking
customers.

My duties were:
●​ Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally by phone,
email, Zendesk tickets and social media.
●​ Assisting customers with order-related inquiries, including tracking,
modifications, cancellations, and returns.
●​ Identifying and resolving customer issues or concerns, aiming for a quick
and satisfactory resolution.
●​ Explaining company policies, terms, and conditions to customers, ensuring
they understand the guidelines for purchases, returns, and warranties.
 ●​ Managing customer issues and forwarding them to higher levels of support
or relevant departments when necessary.
●​ Documenting customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the
company's system for reference and improvement purposes.
●​ Collaborating with other departments such as logistics, marketing, and
product development to address customer concerns effectively.
●​ Dealing with difficult customers calmly and professionally, aiming to turn
negative experiences into positive ones.

My duties as a Trucking Dispatcher were:
●​ Working with all common kinds of documentation encountered in the field
of trucking transportations, such as Rate confirmations, Permits, PODs, COI,
W9 forms etc.
●​ Working in a team in a large company with corporate software.
●​ Setting up with new customers.
●​ Searching for the loads, communicating with customers about freight
details, pickup/delivery times and special handling requests. Negotiating
the rate.
●​ Working with corporate CRM, LMS, ERP
●​ Dispatching drivers, providing all updates to the customer.
●​ Problem/issues solving.

I am accustomed to being on the phone throughout the workday. I work hard
while maintaining high-quality standards, building positive relationships with
customers, and delivering excellent customer service.

alternative power source in case of blackouts.

Additionally, I consider myself an ambitious and creative individual with strong
principles. I don’t rest on my achievements but continually strive to improve, learn
new skills, and take on new responsibilities. I adapt easily to new working
conditions, quickly mastering new tasks with strong attention to detail. Like many
other Ukrainians during these challenging times, I have managed to continue
studying, working, enjoying my hobbies, and moving forward.
