Web development for SMB clients — Laravel applications in services & e-commerce verticals
• Developed REST API endpoints and core business logic on Laravel 10+, using Form Requests, Middleware, and
Service Providers to keep controllers thin and logic testable.
• Designed and optimized MySQL schemas; resolved N+1 query issues in Eloquent via eager loading and added
targeted indexing to cut response times on high-traffic endpoints.
• Integrated third-party APIs — LiqPay and Fondy payment gateways, SMS providers, and messenger platforms — over
REST and webhooks, handling retries and signature verification.

Solo project — configurable CRM for auto-service businesses: booking, SMS reminders, service history
• Architected the system from the ground up — entity model, booking flow, and notification pipeline — designed so each
deployed copy adapts to a specific business's workflow.
• Built an interactive SPA demo in vanilla JavaScript (no framework) to showcase the product's booking flow to
prospective clients.
• Implemented asynchronous queue processing with Laravel Queues/Jobs to handle scheduled SMS maintenance
reminders reliably at scale.
• Integrated the Telegram Bot API to deliver real-time notifications to both end clients and business owners.
