*Led a large-scale refactoring of the application, restructuring legacy
modules, removing duplicated logic, and simplifying core workflows to

*Redesigned application boundaries by moving business logic, validation,
and data-processing methods from the frontend to the backend,

*Implemented security improvements required for the Google CASA

*Developed the AI knowledge-base workflow, including indexed knowledge
retrieval, context selection, human review, and an approval process that
allows corrected AI drafts to become reusable support knowledge.
*Implemented human-in-the-loop AI workflows where generated customer
responses can be reviewed, corrected, and approved by support managers
before being sent.
*Integrated Gmail API and Amazon SES into the product, enabling email
accounts to be connected and customer communication to be handled
directly inside JEXI.
*Improved application reliability in production by strengthening error
handling, fixing recurring production issues, and refactoring unstable parts
of core workflows.
