Made the Feature-Sliced Design admin app fully responsive across 8 admin sections (bottom-sheet modals,

Main developer of a tablet-first app for merchandising teams with 4 user roles, owning the architecture end-to-end
(React Native New Architecture, TypeScript, Feature-Sliced Design).
Engineered offline-first sync: ordered replay queue with temporary-ID reconciliation, idempotency keys and 409
conflict resolution.
Built a drag-and-drop task Kanban (Reanimated, Gesture Handler), MapLibre maps with clustering, GPS geo-
verification and road route guidance (OSRM).
Delivered a full product redesign from Figma: new navigation and 17 reworked screens for phone and tablet.
Migrated the app to a new FastAPI backend, documenting 11 backend bugs for the API team; ran an iOS audit and
fixed all 17 issues found.

Bootstrapped the Next.js web client — Feature-Sliced Design structure, auth with role-based access, shared UI kit

templates, archive, audit log and admin panels for users, companies and tags.
Aligned web and mobile clients on one realtime model — WebSocket events update the RTK Query cache — and QR

Built the React Native app from scratch for iOS, Android and tablets, shipped to TestFlight (v1.0 → v1.1) with white-
