In this role I kept an overall responsibility to coordinate all the involved functions to make sure that all the preparation, data collection, analysis, decision and execution has been done properly and in timely manner in order to start up the project as per defined timeline. As a part of pre-project work I led the work process description and improvement process. Proved to increase the packing capacity by 50%. As a part of pre-project work I have been heavily involved and led the process of budget preparation and improvement. As a part of pre-project work I was leading a process of supplier picking for warehouse storage and transportation equipment.

Supply Planning Center Leader

As Supply Planning Service Center Leader I was responsible to manage a team of 26 planning colleagues. The team consisted of production planners doing production scheduling for 5 different value streams located in 2 production plants of paper business. That includes also customization planning as well as distribution planning and raw and pack materials planning. My teams' main performance indicators were the Customer Service and Inventory optimization. The Planning Organization was in the process of transfering of it's tasks from the Manufacturing plant to the central Planning organization. That said my role assumed a big focus on keeping the team motivated and engaged during the time of the significant change in their roles,responsibilities and jobs. To manage the most effective and seamless transfer of the responsibilities to the planning headquarters I was engaged in the systematic standardization of the planning tasks as well as the working tools, communication strategy and daily management systems.
