- Operate up to 13 vessels simultaneously, time charter period and time charter trip vessel with
Owners and voyage Charterers with Cargo Charterers; Vessels operating in Baltic Sea, Black Sea,
West Africa, Asia Pacific, Far East, East Cost South America;
- Preparing initial, general voyage instructions to the Master ;
- Optimization the vessel itinerary up to laycan and laytime provisions in the charter party;
- Route planning, cargo operations, voyage execution. Monitoring stoppages, incidents and navigation
standards;
- Declaration the vessel for P&I Club FDD insurance, handling claims arising during the voyage till the
arbitration; Checking H&M additional war risk premiums for passing high-risk areas, war zones or
breaking international warranty limits ;
- Cooperate closely with other departments, such as chartering, legal, and finance, to meet company
goals;
- Calculation hires basis index rates ;
- Leading port activities, speed and fuel consumption, voyage instructions, bunkering and EU ETS &
CII;
- Communicate with Masters and Chief Officers frequently and effectively;
- Handle Cargo documentation including approval of BLs, LOIs;
- Follow the Post-Fixture operations of vessel and ensure adherence with CP terms;
- Checking pre-stow plan to ensure maximum intake of the vessels to meet loading, discharging port
restrictions, stowage factor and water density;
- Planning vessel’s bunkering program to lift necessary capacity, or maximize cargo intake comparing
with alternative bunkering port calls;
- Proactively identify and resolve any operational issues or disputes that arise during the voyage,
ensuring minimal disruption to operations;
- Calculation and settlement of laytime, dispatch and demurrage ;
- Optimizing vessel’s speed according to the hire rate and bunker prices;
- PDA payments, checking port tariffs and comparing PDA with various agents for competitive prices;
- Arranging cargo compartments cleaning to meet hold cleanliness requirements including hiring a
shore team and purchase of washing equipment;
- Operate up to 13 vessels simultaneously, time charter period and time charter trip vessel with
Owners and voyage Charterers with Cargo Charterers; Vessels operating in Baltic Sea, Black Sea,
West Africa, Asia Pacific, Far East, East Cost South America;
- Submitting for Suez rebate, checking alternative routes via Cape of Good Hope for backhaul voyages
from Asia Pacific to Baltic Sea, Continent;
- Checking cargo documents: Bill of Lading, Mate’s Receipts, Statement of Facts to ensure charterer
party agreement and terms to applied to protect company’s interests;
- Hire calculations and payments, off-hire deduction settlements, issuing freight invoices, and
collection.
