• Built a cross-browser password manager extension (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) used by thousands of people.
Handled the Manifest V3 setup and per-browser quirks for all four targets.
• Designed a type-safe messaging layer between the Service Worker, Content Script, Popup, and Offscreen contexts.
This removed a class of runtime bugs we used to hit when message contracts drifted, and made it easier for the team
to add new features without breaking existing flows.
• Improved the login-field detection used for autofill on third-party websites. Fewer false positives on tricky forms
(multi-step logins, custom inputs, sites with non-standard markup).
• Isolated the extension UI with Shadow DOM so styles from the host page couldn’t break our popup or autofill
prompts.
• Centralized API calls in the Service Worker with token isolation, and added a 3-tier settings hierarchy (GPO → Remote
API → Local Storage) for enterprise policy management.
• Wrote unit tests (Vitest + RTL) and E2E tests (Playwright); set up the CI/CD pipeline in Azure with dynamic versioning
and staged rollout to the Chrome Web Store and Firefox AMO.
• Reviewed teammates’ pull requests and pushed for type safety and consistent patterns across the codebase.
