Which project are you most proud of and why?
The CIAR Workforce Management System. It was a complex SaaS platform for managing workforce operations, schedules, assets, and maintenance workflows. I value this project the most because of its scale and the need to translate complex business processes into a clear and usable product.

Describe your contribution to your latest project. What were the goals and what decisions did you make?
I worked on a corporate website for an energy equipment supplier. The main goal was to create a clear structure that would help users quickly understand products, services, and completed projects, while also supporting lead generation.
My responsibilities included requirements analysis, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and final UI design. One key decision was designing a flexible project showcase structure that supports both public case studies and restricted projects with limited information disclosure.

Which tools do you use in your work?
Figma as the main design tool. FigJam for workshops and structuring ideas. Canva for marketing materials. Go High Level and Unlayer for building landing pages and email campaigns.

ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.

What do you use AI for?
I use AI for requirements analysis, structuring information, generating UX ideas, creating content drafts, preparing documentation, writing microcopy, and supporting early-stage research.

How do you start a new project? What is your workflow?
I start by analyzing business goals, requirements, and project context. Then I study user needs and key scenarios, define information architecture, create user flows and wireframes. After UX alignment, I move to UI design, prototyping, and preparation for development handoff.

What stages of the UX process do you usually follow?
Requirements analysis → user and business research → information architecture → user flows → wireframing → prototyping → UI design → iteration and testing → developer handoff.

Are you familiar with the term “microinteractions”? Can you give examples of how you use them?
Yes. Microinteractions are used to provide feedback and improve usability. I apply them through button states (hover, active, disabled), form validation feedback, loading indicators, success/error messages, and subtle transitions between states and screens.

What is included in your standard UI kit?
Typography system, color styles, spacing system, grid, buttons, inputs, forms, dropdowns, modals, navigation components, cards, tables, badges, alerts, icons, and interaction states (default, hover, active, disabled, error).

What experience do you have with auto layout, variables, tokens, and components?
I actively use auto layout for building responsive and scalable interfaces. I work with components and variants to ensure consistency and reusability. I use variables for colors and design values to simplify system-wide updates. I also have experience building and maintaining design systems using a token-based approach.

How do you keep up with UI/UX trends? Any resources or books?
I follow Nielsen Norman Group, Material Design guidelines, UX Collective, Smashing Magazine, Mobbin, Awwwards, and Behance. I also regularly analyze modern digital products to understand current patterns and interaction standards.

What would you say is your personal superpower as a designer?
My strength lies in quickly understanding complex business processes and translating them into clear, structured, and usable interfaces. I work especially well with large systems such as SaaS platforms, CRMs, and internal tools where product logic and structure are critical.
