Delivering CRM/ERP implementation and software integration projects end-to-end for B2B clients in an IT outsourcing environment.
• Own full project lifecycle across 5+ concurrent B2B client projects (Zoho CRM, Odoo) — from requirements gathering and sprint
planning through release and client sign-off.
• Act as primary client liaison: manage expectations, lead regular syncs, deliver sprint reports and follow-ups, and negotiate scope
and invoicing terms that keep delivery and budget aligned.
• Designed a reusable GAP/WBS and roadmap-estimation framework to standardize scope estimates, dependency mapping, and
risk-register documentation across client projects.
• Align cross-functional teams (developers, business analysts) on scope, priorities, and dependencies — including surfacing hidden
technical dependencies before they can derail sprint planning.
• Monitor project budgets, track time logs, and maintain SLA compliance across the portfolio; own project documentation in
Confluence and manage backlog and sprints in Jira.
• Led a risk-identification workshop that reviewed and re-prioritized 15 project risks, then facilitated a scope-minimization session
