challenges.
I use trauma-informed approaches, cognitive-behavioural therapy, art therapy,
and relaxation techniques to help clients build personal resources, find harmony
in relationships, and cope effectively with life’s difficulties. My work spans
various age groups, including children and adolescents, as well as adults
affected by war and crisis situations.
I value cultural sensitivity, work well within multidisciplinary teams, and
maintain emotional resilience in demanding environments. Skilled in
documentation and ethical practice, I am comfortable using digital tools for
reporting and remote support.
