Procurement Officer. Duties: Conduct and oversee national and
international procurements from requisition, contract preparation to
delivery/payment stages, ensuring compliance with DAI/USAID and FAR
policies. Manage vendor relationships, perform cost analyses, and
maintain accurate procurement documentation. Serve as a liaison between
the program and financial teams to facilitate timely and cost-efficient
procurement processes.
