Led a nationwide humanitarian coordination program during wartime, ensuring uninterrupted medical aid,
evacuation support, and infrastructure recovery. Oversaw interagency collaboration across ministries, regional
administrations, and 500+ international partners, mobilizing over ₴40 billion in humanitarian assistance.
Stakeholders: 500+ NGOs, foreign governments, and multilateral donors across the EU, US, and Asia

2023-2024 Government Relations Partner ALLM INC. TELEMEDICINE & DHS, KYIV, UKRAINE
Represented a Japanese health-tech company entering the Ukrainian market, focusing on establishing
institutional partnerships and policy frameworks for telemedicine deployment in both civilian and military
healthcare systems. Acted as the primary liaison between the company, state authorities, and healthcare
institutions during wartime regulatory uncertainty.

2006-2012 Head of Secretariat NATIONAL COUNCIL OF TELEVISION AND RADIO BROADCASTING OF UKRAINE
Led one of nine regional secretariats of the National Council - the central media regulator of Ukraine -

central office. Supervised three oblasts and coordinated a team of specialists monitoring over 40 TV and radio
