My Experience Jun 2023 — Present Dolmo

Motion Designer & Art Director

At DOLMO, I lead motion design and visual systems for cultural and digital projects — from event

identities and social content to interactive prototypes and generative visuals.


My role combines hands-on motion, art direction, and creative coding, bridging editorial thinking with

production-ready execution.

Art Director & Visual Designer (Contract)

I collaborated with Scada as a contract-based Art Director and Visual Designer, working across

fashion, illustration, and digital products. My role focused on shaping a consistent visual language,

aligning brand aesthetics with user experience, and maintaining a strong creative direction across

platforms.

I worked as a contract-based Design Lead and Art Director for corporate and cultural clients,

delivering digital special projects and high-impact visual communication across web, editorial, and

branded content. My role combined creative direction, hands-on design, and close collaboration with

developers — bridging concept, storytelling, and execution.

Art Director · Gamified B2B Loyalty Platform

At PR3, I led the design and creative development of a mobile-first B2B loyalty program — combining

gamification, branding, and intuitive UX to drive engagement among employees and partners in major

retail networks.


This project marked a shift in my practice from editorial/print to digital product and interface design.
