Conducted psychological training sessions for Ukrainian refugees and international participants as part of the Interk
ultur i Lund initiative. The trainings focused on intercultural adaptation, emotional resilience, and mental well-being,
with an emphasis on improving coping strategies and building support networks.

• Providing counselling support to teenagers who call the helpline on issues of stress, anxiety and crisis
situations.
• Conducting trainings on stress resilience and crisis management.

Volunteering at the Saint Egidio School of Peace
• Organising classes with children from the formerly occupied city of Irpin to improve their mental and academic
