Experience in this position for 3 years. During this time I was involved in monitoring, support and maintenance of the Comfy retail network and office users. A key part of my job is to support existing systems.

I also have experience working with various operating systems, including Windows macOS and Linux, as well as network protocols and virtualization technologies.

One of my achievement in this position is the automation of the Zabbix monitoring system. Connecting a Telegram bot, Microsoft Teams and email alerts helped increase the speed of response to critical events for my team.
