Summary

More than 10 years of clinical research experience, about 7 years of CRA / Senior CRA experience, 1 year as a Maintenance Lead and from November 2022 works as Associate Clinical Lead. Worked in more than 30 phase 2-4 studies from selection/ initiation to the closeout phase.

As Associate Clinical Lead manages the operational aspects of projects to meet contractual requirements, accountable for the clinical delivery, achieve project quality by identifying quality risks and issues. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and clients. Currently responsible for project team in 6 European countries. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing tasks to project team. Ensure that allocated project team has the proper materials, systems access, and training to complete job responsibilities. Provide oversight for the execution of the training plan, participate in the allocation of resources to clinical research projects based on their experience and training.
