Responsible for deploying, monitoring (LibreNMS, OpenNMS) and maintaining Linux-based servers; administering
WHM/cPanel hosting environments and using OpenMediaVault for backups; managing LIR functions – including IP
address requests, allocations and documentation in line with RIPE NCC policies); as well as investigating,
responding to abuse claims and customer service issues.

Responsible for monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure. I played a key role in migrating the company’s email
system from Roundcube and Postfix to Office 365, led the migration of several Linux-based servers, enhanced sites
monitoring with Grafana. In additional to these technical responsibilities, I provided customer assistance, resolved
and helped with different kinds of issues.
