Career Statement

To work for an organization that can utilize my talents and skills that I have amassed while serving 12 years
active duty in the Ukrainian Army, and Army Academy. I was able to attain the rank of Major at age 27 due to
my personal drive, attention to the details and keen abilities to find opportunities when others see obstacles. I
know how to train and motivate others. I understand processes and process improvement. I have found that
whether in the military or civilian world, motivated employees with good processes produce excellent products
or results. From that, I know the importance of taking care of my people and teaching them correct procedures

• Chiefly responsible for the management, training, administration, operations, logistics, health and
welfare, and combat readiness of a 120 personnel. Directly responsible for the accountability,
maintenance, and combat readiness of the organization’s property assets. Manage planning and
coordinate the execution of complex special operations for unit.
• Planned, coordinated, and monitored a variety of plans to maximize effective organizational operations.
These planning efforts consisted of short and long-range planning objectives with subordinate
stakeholders. These stakeholders nested their short and long-range planning objectives with higher
headquarters to ensure operations were efficient.
• Prepared and presented long and short-range training briefings. Created reports to brief using Microsoft
Word, Excel, Share Point, Power Point, and other digital platforms.
• Independently conducted research, interpretation and application of military personnel regulations and
procedures in response to inquiries and requests. Interpreted Ukraine Army regulatory guidance that
included the leave program, military awards, promotions, evaluations, personnel readiness, and medical
readiness. Utilized various Army regulations, DA pamphlets, DoD manuals, and automated human
resources websites to gather data.
• Responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing all Unit Commander travel to include office
