Position: Senior logistics and demand planning specialist
Company “Whirlpool Corporation Ukraine” - production and distribution of home appliance
March 2007 – till present
• Arrangement and Tracking clients orders in SAP
• Tracking orders clients and providing the service about performance their orders
• Inform customers about the availability of goods in warehouses to meet the demands of supply
• Prepairing the slots and shipments for loading on plant of loading portal
• Daily communication between transport companies and the warehouses around Europe.
• Communication between custom broker and warehouse. Checking the documents(CMR, invoices, EURO-1 certificates)
Actual positions – Central Order Desk Specialist and Market demand planner
• Provide support for MEA, Great Britain(Order intake, free stock report, BTO report, shipment report, manual invoicing posting)
• Provide weekly forecasts, monthly forecast in IBP
• Manage the ongoing monitoring of the availability of stock of products in warehouses Ltd to meet customer demands
• Analyse and forecast the demand for products, acting as intermediaries between factories and market
• Managing PIPO process
