Education leader with 25+ years in higher education and 15+ years in academic management. Led
academic teams of up to 12 faculty members and coordinated educational programs serving around
100 students, with cohorts reaching 200. Experienced in program development, curriculum and
methodology, quality assurance, accreditation, team coordination and organizational change. Designed
and launched educational programs, including a two-year Practical Marketing program delivered by 4
instructors for 27 participants. Now moving into commercial EdTech to bring deep education

Managed a broad academic portfolio of approximately 70 disciplines, coordinating faculty,
curricula, schedules and teaching processes.
Led a rapid two-week transition of educational processes during significant organizational
change, maintaining continuity for students and faculty.
Led accreditation preparation, educational documentation and quality assurance in
cooperation with academic teams.
Coordinated curriculum and methodology work and supported development and
improvement of educational programs and teaching materials.
Designed and launched a two-year Practical Marketing program delivered by 4 instructors for
27 participants.
Mentored academic staff and represented the department in communication with university
leadership and external stakeholders.
