While studying at TNTU on software developer, I decided to implement my own idea — a custom Applicant Tracking
System (ATS) designed for LinkedIn-based recruiting workflows. The system allows us to connect an unlimited number
of freelance sourcers to our agency's job openings, ensuring that no freelancer can contact the same candidate on
LinkedIn more than once.
I assembled a team and started from team of students, but later I gather the team of five software developers and a
business analyst, and I created a basic design and development roadmap as Product Owner.
We started out as a typical early-stage startup with no formal processes, but I took the lead in organizing the
development workflow. Over time, the team adopted agile methodology and began working in sprints.
Currently, we have a few clients, but the funding for software development is running out. At one point, I received an
offer from a some Ukrainian Venture Fund to invest $150,000 in this the project, but I declined due to concerns about
the legal terms in their agreement
Now the ATS fully supported and my technical co-founder fix requests from existing clients and improve user
experience.

I opened my own IT recruitment agency where I start to work with couple Senior IT Recruiters and starting to recruit IT
developers.
I made teachnical researchers and I am working as Business Development Manager and as Talent Acquisition
manager at the same time.
I have had clients from Thailand, EU, Ukraine, and closing IT vacancies with candidates from all over the world (UK,
Armenia, Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Poland, etc.).
I was involved in interviewing process so all candidates who my agency closed was interviewed by me personally, and
I use researchers as helpers to make more interviews with candidates.
I organized learning programs for entry-level researchers and recruiters to achieve expected result from their job.
In agency used to work up to 8 recruiters, and we used to have up to 30 vacancies from clients in our workflow.

Responsibilities:
• Implementation of ATS system for the company
• Organization of team-work of 3 recruiters and 5 researchers, and checking the results of the recruitment team
• Introduced and indulged “cold calling” technique to recruiters over messaging, as it is more effective and had higher
response rate from candidates
• Verifying which recruiters provide not relevant candidates and making decisions about replacements of such recruiter
• Improving the quality of candidates which was provided to clients of the company
• Making the structure of IT-recruitment department
• Managing the entire recruitment cycle (managing the team of researchers, making hiring interviews, managing the
team of recruiters, daily checking of all candidates in the recruitment process from all recruiters of the company,
verifying the quality of candidates and approving the candidates before the sending to clients)
• Teaching researchers the best practices of research to faster improving the results of research’s work and how to find
the better candidate for the direct vacancy
• Improving Job Descriptions of vacancies and making Job Descriptions clear for candidates and nice to read
Reason of leaving – company has luck of vacancies, I build all the process and they decided that now when all works
they can use 3-times cheaper recruiter to work with all the process.

One of my partners have vacancy for their startup in Sustainability domain and I was so exited to do something to
made our world cleaner and made some influence on reducing CO2 emission so I join this project
Responsibilities:
• Managing the entire recruitment cycle (sourcing, identifying, evaluating, closing)

Hiring in Ukraine was stopped and 80% of Ukrainian team was fired because of war in Ukraine.
