Purpose of the job (most important tasks):
- Complaints processing – Root cause analyzing (using best practice: Ishikawa,
5Why analyzing, Pareto charts etc.), keeping time limits, 3D and 8D reporting,
official and inofficial quality communication with the customers, taking corrective
actions, verification of containment / corrective actions and preventive actions,
FMEA update and maintaining.
- Providing the effective management systems IATF16949, ISO9001,
ISO14001, ISO22000 – Maintain the actuality of the management
documentation, inform the relevant employees about the changes in
documentation, timely providing the AQLs of the produced parts.
- Control of the production processes – Control and responsibility for the
laboratory tests and their proper documentation (providing Measurement System
Analysis), constant providing and maintaining of the continuous improvement
process at the production places. Regular spot checks of the parts.
- Audits – Preparations and holding the internal audits (product, process audits),
taking actions and control the time limits. Taking active part in preparations for
certification and re-certification external audits as well as customers audits. Cooperation in these audits.
- Customer communication – Part Submission Warrant (PSW) communication,
Part Approval Process (Requalifications) – maintaining and communication,
PPAP communication, technical specifications communication
- Technical Quality and Technical Support – technical requirements discussions
and communications, technical support online and at customer’s side, B2B, B2C
technical support, technical complaints support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and update of quality documentation
- Informing and instructing of the employees as for update/changing quality
documentation, drawings etc.
- Taking part in working out the quality processes, creating the projects of quality
processes.
- Coordination and responsibility for laboratory operations and working staff.
- Quality control of finished products and their shipping.
- Reporting before the managing staff about complaints and laboratory KPIs.
- Providing the effective functioning of the quality system and its continuous
improvement.
- Technical communication on customers’ demand.
