Досвід роботи

GTM Engineer

з 12.2024 по нині (1 рік 11 місяців)

I work at the intersection of GTM strategy and technical execution.

As a GTM Engineer, I help B2B companies launch and scale outbound campaigns by building infrastructure for lead sourcing, enrichment, and outreach across Email and LinkedIn channels.

Beyond outbound, I also design internal automations that support cross-functional teams. I proactively dive deep into company processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimization ideas.

Some examples include streamlining client onboarding, automating reporting dashboards, syncing data between CRMs and tools, and building workflows that reduce manual work for sales, marketing, and operations.

Highlights
- Set up and ran automated Email and LinkedIn outreach for 50+ clients.

- Experimented with messaging, identified what works, and tripled the number of meetings booked (3 > 11 meetings/week)

- Improved the lead list building process, doubling the conversion rate from interested investors to booked meetings (18% > 40%)

- Automated processes in sales, finance, and client onboarding, enabling more clients without additional headcount.
