The company’s area of activity is medicine and health insurance. Allied Health Group provides a wide range of services that support the New York healthcare system. These services are typically provided by professionals who are not doctors or nurses but play crucial roles in patient care.
• primary responsibility involves scheduling two types of appointments: Care Management visit (CM) and Preventative Care visit.
CM-Health Coaches conducted home visits for the members of VNS CHOICE. During CM visits, our coaches assess home safety and the condition of medical equipment.
Our skilled Technicians conduct quick screenings during this visit, examining vision, hearing, and dental health. The screenings include capturing an image of the mouth to assess dental health, as well as brief checks for the eyes and ears.
• Daily outbound/ incoming calls to make appointments with clients of insurance companies. Multitasking job.
• Analytical work: booking the appointments with patients throughout the map on New York taking into consideration the schedule and availability of health coaches to reach the patient on appropriate time.
• Defining cases between case managers due to their Zip codes and schedule;
