KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
1. Development of Digital Infrastructure and Implementation of Digital Services
- Organized procurement, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure for the Ministry of
Strategic Industries (network, server, peripheral equipment, IP telephony, etc.).
- Designed and implemented server infrastructure, providing administration and technical support for
over 200 users.
- Support for 15 Class 1 automated systems for processing restricted-access information.
- Implemented a USAID-supported project totaling over USD 880,000 (including Fortinet and
TrendMicro systems, generators, backup UPS, etc.).

2. Cybersecurity and Information Protection
-Deployed information security systems: FortiAuthenticator, FortiSIEM, FortiNAC, FortiEMS,
FortiAnalyzer, FortiPAM.
- Implemented Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) systems based on TrendMicro ApexOne and
TrendMicro DeepSecurity.
- Implemented a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) system.
- Developed seven comprehensive information protection systems (CIPS).
- Created a specialized technical protection information system for handling restricted-access audio
information.
- Executed a cybersecurity assessment project for ICS within USAID support.
- Implemented measures against technical espionage in the defense-industrial sector.

3. Development of Regulatory Framework and Digital Policy
- Drafted and supported Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 320-r (April 13, 2024) approving
the Concept of the State Targeted Scientific and Technical Program for AI in priority economic sectors
through 2026.
- Developed draft government resolutions and a draft Law of Ukraine “On Robotics and Robotization in
Ukraine” submitted for interagency approval.
- Built business processes and technical requirements for the State Register of Import Substitution and
Cooperation in Strategic Industries (per CMU Resolution No. 127).
- Developed business processes and technical requirements for the Electronic Register of Participants
and Executors of State Contracts, coordinated with the Department of Defense-Industrial Policy.
- Implemented measures to restrict public access to information about defense-industry enterprises.

4. Critical Infrastructure Protection
- Organized a working group to identify critical infrastructure facilities, resulting in:
- 107 facilities added to the National Register of Critical Infrastructure (defense industry,
aviation, metallurgy).
- Approval of 64 security passports for 46 operators.
- Ensured coordination with functional critical infrastructure protection bodies.
- Developed normative acts and regulatory documentation for critical infrastructure protection.
- Drafted requirements for protection of industrial-sector critical infrastructure objects by category and
interaction plans for functional authorities to maintain vital functions under disruption scenarios.

5. Software Development and Project Management
- Developed an open-source CAD system for testing scientific methods used in missile design.
- Developed neural networks and software on NVIDIA Jetson Nano (National Geographic project) for
wildlife monitoring and gunshot detection in noisy environments.
- Developed real estate management software for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
- Developed a backend for determining personalized prices (discounts) while maintaining target average
prices for Shopify trading platforms.
- Developed a booking website for vacation spots in Feodosia, Crimea (pre-2014).
- Developed software and led a digital transformation startup for a US medical doctor office (medical
planning system based on genetic algorithms).
- Audited and restored functionality of a real-time trading project on the New York Stock Exchange.
