About:​

I’m a Manual QA Engineer with over 9 years of experience ensuring the quality and reliability
of complex software systems. Throughout my career, I’ve specialised in testing solutions
built on a microservices architecture, performing API testing with tools such as Postman and
Swagger, and working with databases.

My responsibilities include analysing functionality, designing effective test cases, and
ensuring comprehensive coverage across different scenarios.

I have extensive experience working in Agile environments, actively participating in Scrum
events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives - ensuring
effective communication and continuous improvement within the team.

I’m passionate about optimising testing workflows and continuously improving efficiency.
Recently, I’ve been actively integrating AI-powered tools like ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot
into my QA routine - enhancing test design, documentation, communication, test data
preparation, data formatting, and various testing activities.

I have also worked with CRM systems such as Magento and Salesforce, gaining practical
experience in testing customer management workflows, integrations, and data consistency
across different modules.​

In addition to my hands-on QA experience, I’ve also worked as a QA Mentor and Lecturer at
Geekhub, where I taught the QA Engineer course, guiding students through manual testing
fundamentals, API testing, test documentation, and real-world QA workflows. I conducted
lectures, reviewed assignments, and provided feedback.

I’m starting my freelance journey as a QA Engineer, building on my solid background in
software testing and quality assurance. I’m open to freelance and short-term opportunities,
where I can apply my skills in manual testing, API testing, and cross-platform validation to
help teams deliver high-quality products.

If your project requires verification across multiple platforms and environments, I have all the
necessary devices, including a MacBook, iPhone, iPad, and an Android smartphone. I
perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent functionality and user
