About:​

I’m a Manual QA Engineer with over 9 years of experience in testing complex
software systems, including microservices-based solutions, APIs, databases, CRM
systems, mobile and web applications.

I have strong experience in manual and API testing, designing test cases, analyzing
requirements, maintaining test documentation, and managing defects throughout the
development lifecycle. I’ve also worked with CRM platforms such as Magento,
Salesforce, and WordPress, testing customer workflows, integrations, and data
consistency.

I actively work in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, daily
meetings, reviews, retrospectives, and team communication. I also acted as a Scrum
Master, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, supporting sprint processes, and helping the
team resolve blockers.

Additionally, I supported BA activities by analyzing requirements, clarifying business
logic, reviewing acceptance criteria, and identifying gaps.

In addition to hands-on QA work, I have experience as a QA Mentor and Lecturer at
