● Automated manual workflows by migrating legacy Excel processes to a structured
DB architecture (Firestore to MongoDB Atlas), eliminating data entry errors and
standardizing record validation.
● Accelerated dispatching workflows by integrating Mapbox API, enabling
managers to instantly map driver locations via ZIP codes and reducing data entry
errors.
● Automated driver communication by developing a Telegram bot architecture to
streamline future notification delivery and automated data collection.
