A full-stack distributed word similarity game demonstrating
microservices architecture, API design, and cloud-native practices. Players try
to guess a secret word and receive semantic distance feedback powered by
machine learning word embeddings.
• Architected and deployed a microservices system with 3 independent
services communicating via gRPC protocol using Protocol Buffers for
efficient serialization
• Implemented a concurrent RESTful backend API in Go utilizing
goroutines for handling parallel requests
• Integrated Redis caching layer for compute-client requests, reducing
database load and improving response times
• Built an automated CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions with multi-
stage Docker containerization
• Designed a normalized PostgreSQL database schema with optimized
indexes and query performance
