​ I am Yuliia, an HR professional and group dynamic specialist passionate about creating work environments
where people feel valued and empowered. My expertise lies in talent management, organizational development,
and fostering a strong workplace culture. With a deep interest in human interactions and psychology, I strive to
build inclusive teams and optimize HR processes through empathy, structure, and creativity.
Over the years, I have designed and implemented HR policies, supported employee engagement, and led
training programs on non-violent communication, human rights, and strategic planning. I hold a degree in
Non-governmental Organization Management from the Ukrainian Catholic University, where I researched team
dynamics and organizational culture. I find my inspiration in modern art, nature, music, and people.
