Responsibilities
Providing recommendations and monitoring compliance with the policy of protection against loss, theft or unauthorized use of sensitive company data.
Protection of confidential information and personal data of company employees.
Organization of cybersecurity (protection of computer networks, servers, databases), organization of checks of the stability of the IT system to both external and internal threats.
Ensuring compliance of the enterprise's work with the requirements for the protection of state secrets (OSTS).
Prevention of internal threats, such as sabotage, theft of information or negligence.
Organization of an effective enterprise security system: physical security of facilities, development and implementation of a security system, organization and control of the facility's access regime, facility zoning by access level, control and accounting of staff working hours using a biometric control system, vehicle inspection, organization of online GPS tracking of vehicles.
Checking and providing recommendations to management regarding potential future employees (personal data verification, testing, candidate interview, risk assessment).

Additional information
Over the past 5 years, I have periodically performed the duties of a senior group leader for meetings, security, escort, organization of official events, foreign official delegations in Ukraine. In total, 25 missions have been completed. The last mission, 08/23-24/2025. Meeting at the border, escort, ensuring security and accommodation of the Minister of Defense of Canada David McGuinty as part of the delegation of the Prime Minister of Canada and the Minister of Defense of Latvia Andris Sprūds. Both missions were completed successfully and without comments.
I quickly respond to sudden changes in the situation, high stress tolerance. Able to make an independent, informed decision and take responsibility for it. I have state and international diplomas, medals and awards. I regularly engage in physical training. I have skills in using weapons from pistols to grenade launchers and combat experience. 2017-2018 While performing duties as a senior military observer of the UN mission MONUSCO in the Democratic Republic of Congo, gained experience working according to UN standards, SOPs, in a dangerous military environment directly during the year of work on the ground. Throughout the year, I often collaborated in various locations with various NGO (UN WFP, NRC, IRC...) humanitarian organizations in my area of responsibility. Collection, verification, analysis of the security and social situation information in the area of responsibility and the formation of reports on the status and changes. I held the positions of personnel officer, intelligence officer and logistics specialist. For the exemplary performance of the duties and the provision of emergency assistance to the local population, which suffered as a result of a road accident, from what received personal gratitude from the leadership of the UN mission.
