Beginner IT Recruiting and HR specialist with practical experience in candidate sourcing, resume
screening, candidate communication, and participation in interview processes. I have experience
working in an IT company, which helped me understand team processes and the specifics of the
IT environment. I am especially interested in candidate sourcing, hiring process coordination, and
employee adaptation. I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, which helps me better
understand people, motivation, and communication.
