performing system tests, 3. final porting and fixing bugs. In porting process was
resolved several tasks connected to process synchronization.

Description:​ The project’s aim was to design a new application based on previous solutions
and products of the company. The new application should unite several different
products of the company. The project was divided into two phases: architect
design and prototype development. Both phases were performed in the
customer’s office in Edinburgh. The first phase included refactoring,
documenting existed products and developing a new architecture for a modern
product. On the second stage our team implemented a new version of the
product based on the new architecture. The new application was implemented
with Qt5 toolkit and a few custom private libraries

New Type of Data Store for OpenStack

Description:​ The project’s aim was to develop a driver for the new data store device. The
driver supported base API for the external storages and added extended API.
The device was used as external storage for VM images and file objects in the
cloud. The project included all stages declared for OpenStack development
process.

Description:​ The goal of the project was to extend the computing cloud based on OpenStack

 automatic deploying and provisioning new servers in the data center and
dynamical changing of computing capacity.

Business Process Management System
Client:​ International company that develops and sells enterprise management software
Description:​ Huge project for a worldwide company. The system supported and managed all
stages of the business process for all types of business. The product included
several different units for building and modeling and testing of the processes.
Different versions of Windows OS and DBMS. The specific of the project was
lack of information because the main customers were banks and government
departments. Development was performed in parallel for different OS and
DBMS. Big amount of the logic was placed in the DBMS’s procedures. Kanban
method was used for managing the project and it was a very successful
solution. The additional difficult issue was downloading/uploading huge bulk of
binary data to DB.
