Summary of Qualifications
I started my journey as an HR Assistant and gradually grew into an HR Manager role, gaining
hands-on experience in both recruitment and HR and shaping my professional focus along the way.
I'm now focused on improving HR processes, building strong partnerships with managers, and

- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to check employees’ motivation levels, and identify
