•​ Covered the full complexity of B2B commerce: multi-role access, post-payment terms, debt limits, pricing
agreements, and order templates for repeat purchases.
•​ Built a scalable design system from scratch – components, auto-layouts, and design tokens in Figma
(atomic design) – supporting 200+ screens across 4 user roles: HoReCa clients, sales managers,
management, and logistics staff.
•​ Also responsible for all marketing design: brand identity, promo pages, Viber campaigns, and visual
communication for Luxor and 4 sub-brands (Be.Rella, Starbyte, Ricco Professional, Oishii Pro).
•​ Key Results: 3.3x faster ordering (~15 to 4.5 min), +12% AOV, +35% client retention, and +25% sales
