I take a business problem to a working integration in production, usually alone and usually without a supplied spec. 7 client
projects across SaaS, commerce, marketplaces and travel; 3 delivered end to end, most in about a month. I designed the
delivery process the team now ships on: specs an agent can parse, reusable skills, MCP tools, and a merge gate that blocks
a pull request without proof.
SELECTED WORK
Drawing review platform · multi-tenant B2B SaaS · 2026. In closed beta with 30 users. 120+ features across drawing review,
organisations, access control, storage and token-based billing. Built cross-organisation sharing with approved-version freezing and
a 4-role model (OWNER, ADMIN, REVIEWER, VIEWER). Caught a live payment failure myself by buying as a returning customer
after a payment-provider switch that had validated API keys but not stored customer IDs.
Group-commerce platform · greenfield · 2026. No spec and no designer: I defined product and architecture from a blank page
— storefronts, ordering, organiser workflows, store-scoped roles, admin 2FA, payments. Built payer-recipient separation, order
snapshots and scoped support access across API, database and UI. MVP delivered and handed over.
ChatGPT travel app · 2026. Widgets re-reasoned on every render; I redesigned the flow around app-only tools and background
search so they stopped repeating the reasoning, cutting response time by 80%.
