1. Experience in foreign trade & food procurement (markets, categories)
I have 12+ years of hands-on operational experience in foreign trade and food/agri commodities
execution, mainly in grains and oilseeds (wheat, corn, barley). My work has focused on end-to-end
contract execution: post-fixture coordination with suppliers, terminals, agents, surveyors, and
shipowners; monitoring shipment periods, NOR/laytime, loading and discharge performance; and
ensuring compliance with GAFTA contract terms. I have worked extensively with Black Sea, EU, and
MENA trades, managing operational risks, documentation accuracy, and timelines.
2. Example of a successful supplier deal you led
I led the full operational execution of contracts with the World Food Programme (WFP), including bagged
grain shipments with subsequent inland transportation into Central and East Africa. My responsibilities
covered coordination of bagging operations at load port, interaction with suppliers, terminals, surveyors
and logistics partners, control of documentation, and alignment with strict delivery and reporting
requirements typical for humanitarian shipments.
In addition, I executed grain supply contracts to India under Letters of Credit, ensuring strict compliance
with LC terms, timely preparation and verification of shipping documents, close coordination with
banks, surveyors, and agents, and smooth operational flow from loading to discharge. In both cases,
proactive operational control and attention to contractual and documentary details allowed successful
completion of shipments without delays, discrepancies, or commercial disputes.

I am fully available to work from the Kyiv office and accustomed to office-based operational roles with
constant interaction with internal teams and external partners.
4. English proficiency level
Advanced / Fluent - I use English daily for operational calls, instructions to agents and Masters, CP
